The Marketing Manager drives go-to-market strategies to build awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role involves researching market trends and competition, developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, and nurturing leads to support sales objectives. It includes managing marketing automation, coordinating webinars and partner programs, and leading the creation of marketing materials such as case studies and content assets.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in campaign execution, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, are essential for success in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build go-to-market plans and narratives to support the sales and marketing teams
- Research on market trends, and target prospects’ persona, the competition to identify new opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns for the targeted defined market with help of various teams - content / paid / outbound sales
- Use existing reporting tools to analyze and report on campaign performance
- Work with Sales Leads to provide insights & research to shape sales activation
- For opt-in users or visitors, create sequence / drip emails to convert them into MQLs
- Nurturing MQLs, increase their potential and give SQLs to sales team
- Prepare list of topics for the webinars, find list of speakers/ influencers/ clients/ partners to be part of it
- Create list of preferred partners in the commerce ecosystem
- Run active campaigns with partners and generate MQLs
- Create list of topics for next blogs/ eBooks to content team based on competition analysis and market review
- Lead Case Study process and marketing material creation for marketing
- Manage all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and measurement with help of marketing head (outbound, drip, events, case studies sharing, content, webinar, etc)
- Execute campaigns for events such as trade shows, or conferences
- Implement marketing automation - internal & clients
What We’d Love To See
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media tools, email marketing platforms, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
