We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will assist in hiring top talent across departments, manage recruitment processes efficiently, and contribute to building a strong employer brand. This role requires excellent coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance speed with quality in hiring.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work under guidance of TA Manager and fulfil company’s global sourcing needs
  • Responsible for hiring right resources at right time, in right quantity and at right price
  • Responsible for executing recruitment and selection process
  • Coordinating with various agencies and suppliers
  • Analysis of recruitment work and reporting
  • Effectively maintain expected cost of hiring, source mix, offer to join ratio
  • Assist in preparing HR Dashboard
  • Update tests on timely basis with help of technical team
  • Demand interview panel for respective positions, provide timely feedback about improvement in selection process

What We’d Love To See
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and candidate engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring targets within deadlines
  • Analytical mindset to interpret hiring metrics and recruitment data
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR dashboards
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
