We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Travel Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient support to staff and executives, maintain office functionality, and handle end-to-end travel logistics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative Operations
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence for senior management.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and support administrative aspects of HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Travel Coordination
  • Book domestic and international flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff and executives.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries while ensuring adherence to travel policies and budgets.
  • Arrange necessary travel documentation such as visas and permits.
  • Monitor and reconcile travel expenses and reports.
  • Manage travel changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently.
What We’d Love To See
  • 5+ years of experience in administration and travel coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
