We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Travel Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient support to staff and executives, maintain office functionality, and handle end-to-end travel logistics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative Operations
- Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence for senior management.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and support administrative aspects of HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Travel Coordination
- Book domestic and international flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff and executives.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries while ensuring adherence to travel policies and budgets.
- Arrange necessary travel documentation such as visas and permits.
- Monitor and reconcile travel expenses and reports.
- Manage travel changes, cancellations, and emergencies efficiently.
What We’d Love To See
- 5+ years of experience in administration and travel coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
