Managing client expectations and escalations with the help of the delivery team.
Responsible for client accounts in the territory and managing them by proactively recommending corrections or next steps for each client account.
Presenting the company in the events, and be the brand ambassador of the company.
Taking care of client success for digital marketing services and providing insights to the digital marketing team for the next moves.
What We’d Love To See
Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
It’d Be Great If You Had
Make sure client account value (LTV) increases Y-o-Y, suggesting up-sell/cross-sell opportunities to the right departments and assisting in converting them.
Assist in selling digital marketing services to current clients, work closely with the digital marketing head and country head to pitch the right digital marketing services, and assist in sales booking.
Be accountable for timely revenue generation from the assigned accounts.
Contribute to country revenue targets effectively.
Work as a team with onsite/offsite resources.
Assist in making/review of branding material of the company.
Effectively use the time to create the best possible impact.
