The Technical Project Manager with Adobe Commerce actively supervises and assists various development and implementation planners of e-commerce projects/programs and ensure seamless service delivery with the highest satisfaction scores from clientele. Engages a differential approach to each work assignment as part of a structured project execution process that is appropriate to the needs and nature of the business and works together with the development team at a leadership role to the meet-up end goal of the engagement tenure within the defined schedule and resources.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Achieving revenue targets by pulling right amount of production
· Grow key accounts on a Y-o-Y basis
· Identify and execute opportunities for Cross-sell/ up-sells/ next-phases
· Plan resource allocation to manage projects delivery on time with optimum utilization of resources
· Work with Technical Leaders to empower team members’ performance, skill enhancement
· Monitor and manage productivity of team members
· Being accountable for project planning, execution and customer satisfaction
· Handle risk factors, grievance of clients, manage project scope and change requests
· Work closely with client success managers/CAM to manage key accounts
· Doing internal UAT of product
· Managing PMS, documentation & Reporting top management
· Govern delivery processes of all engagement models
· Govern project management tools/ practices and publish a monthly dashboard to all stakeholders
· Manage availability of required resources
· Nurture and guide cross-functional delivery teams
· Manage resources’ career road map and their stability within the company
· Guide team members for Certification & Skill Development
What We’d Love To See:
· Bachelors or Master degree in computer science.
· Development experience in Adobe Commerce min 5 years is must.
· 12+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager is required.
