As an HR Generalist, your role focuses on ensuring efficient HR operations. You will be responsible for managing HRMS, employee records, and supporting employee engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing HR activities under guidance of HR Manager
- Playing active role in designing employee engagement programs
- Coordinating performance appraisal and feedback discussions and grievance handling
- Manage queries of staff members, motivate and counsel them, managing employee relation and organization culture
- Implementing HR SOPs in coordination with HR team members
- Accurately process payroll for all employees within specified timelines.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including salary details, tax declarations, and bank information.
- Handle new employee onboarding for payroll and exit formalities for offboarding
- Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and address payroll errors promptly
What We’d Love To See
- 4 years of experience as an HR Professional in the IT industry
- Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
- Exposure to work on various Tools and platforms for HR
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
