As an HR Generalist, your role focuses on ensuring efficient HR operations. You will be responsible for managing HRMS, employee records, and supporting employee engagement.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing HR activities under guidance of HR Manager
  • Playing active role in designing employee engagement programs 
  • Coordinating performance appraisal and feedback discussions and grievance handling
  • Manage queries of staff members, motivate and counsel them, managing employee relation and organization culture
  • Implementing HR SOPs in coordination with HR team members
  • Accurately process payroll for all employees within specified timelines.
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including salary details, tax declarations, and bank information.
  • Handle new employee onboarding for payroll and exit formalities for offboarding
  • Identify process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and address payroll errors promptly 

 

What We’d Love To See

  • 4 years of experience as an HR Professional in the IT industry
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Exposure to work on various Tools and platforms for HR
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
