We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day marketing activities. In this role, you will help execute routine marketing tasks - such as managing social media, email campaigns, maintaining segmentation and data hygiene, monitoring the execution of content calendar, supporting in ensuring website hygiene based on SOP, etc. You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing. Its more on coordinating with the relevant stakeholders (content, design, database, BDR, sales) to get the work done as planned, reporting 


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Schedule and post content on social media as per the content calendar.
  • Monitor engagement and prepare social media analytics reports.
  • Create and launch email campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation.
  • Perform regular data cleaning and prepare campaign reports.
  • Ensure timely content distribution as per the calendar.
  • Conduct website performance checks and audits, flagging issues.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and reporting performance.
  • Support marketing operations and coordinate with internal/external teams.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and best practices.


What We’d Love To See

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, email marketing platforms, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with AI tools for Marketing Operations.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, design, database, BDR, sales).
  • Familiarity with website maintenance best practices and SEO fundamentals.
