We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Sr. SEO Specialist with deep eCommerce experience to lead and scale our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in improving search visibility, increasing traffic, and driving revenue growth through SEO best practices tailored for high-volume eCommerce platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Optimizing keywords and other SEO factors in web pages for better search engine visibility
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery, competition analysis, and identifying new keyword opportunities
  • Executing tests, analyzing data and results, and identifying trends to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website performance using tools like GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Developing and executing a robust link-building strategy
  • Collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to optimize content for SEO across blogs, PR, social media, and other platforms
  • Reviewing technical SEO issues and recommending appropriate fixes
  • Recommending changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve keyword rankings
 
What We’d Love To See
  • Proven experience owning and executing end-to-end SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) for eCommerce websites
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize large-scale product and category pages
  • Experience conducting detailed technical SEO audits and working with developers to resolve site performance issues (e.g., Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing)
  • Ability to build SEO strategies aligned with user intent, product goals, and content direction
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively with content, product, UX, and tech teams
  • Familiarity with structured data and schema implementation
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning SEO data into actionable insights
 
It’d Be Great If You Had
  • 5+ years of SEO experience, including 3+ years in eCommerce
  • Expertise in tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, SurferSEO, GA4, and Google Search Console
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and experience in paid digital marketing channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to clearly communicate SEO strategies to stakeholders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and evolving eCommerce search behaviors
