We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving targeted lead generation, executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and creating qualified business opportunities.
 
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing sales targets for various services.
  • Develop new business avenues, connections, and relations.
  • Utilize partner network and affiliates to generate SQL and sales.
  • Take active participation in Lead Generation, and qualification.
  • Being a brand ambassador of the company, take part of exhibitions and trade events and generate prospects.
  • Nurturer the leads, and close with the help of BDM / Enterprise Sales Manager.
  • Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales.
  • Updating & managing CRM day-to-day basis and reporting.
  • Generating positive brand image of company.
  • Manage team members’ productivity and target achievement, if assigned.

What We’d Love To See
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar sales-focused role.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outbound lead generation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, MS Office, and relevant sales/marketing tools.
  • Ability to clearly present, articulate, and pitch ideas to diverse audiences.
